The Smart Energy Hub labeled Efficient Solution by Solar Impulse
The Smart Energy Hub product from Sylfen has been awarded the 'Efficienct Solution' label by the Solar Impulse Foundation!
The Solar Impulse Foundation promotes solutions that are useful for the environment. It was initiated following the historic achievement of Bertand Piccard and André Borschberg to make a world tour aboard a plane operating only on solar energy. This achievement demonstrated that it is possible to consume energy respectful of the environment. The Solar Impulse Foundation now wants to demonstrate that it is possible to engage in the energy transition, while creating economic value.
This vision is shared by Sylfen. The development of our product, the Smart Energy Hub, allows collective buildings to switch to locally produced energy through hydrogen, with many positive effects:
- Reduction of CO2 emissions
- Creating a lasting heritage value
- Continued decline in energy bills
- Building integration in smart grids
The selection of solutions by the Solar Impulse Foundation is preceded by a careful analysis by energy experts, following three main criteria:
- Technical feasibility,
- Respect for the environment, and the contribution of social-economic benefits,
- Financial profitability.
