First order for Sylfen !

A FIRST SMART ENERGY HUB IN OPERATION IN 2017
Thanks to the order received at the end of September 2016, Sylfen is now committed to the development, integration and qualification of a first Smart Energy Hub. It will be delivered in 2017 to the Client (confidential at this point) who will ensure the operation. This unit, called SMARTHYES, will have a reduced power compared to the Sylfen market target, and will integrate all functions of the Smart Energy Hub:
- Mixed storage of electrical energy, in batteries and in the form of hydrogen;
- Return of energy in cogeneration (electricity and heat), from stored hydrogen or natural gas;
- Control of the operation of the unit by a first generation of control-command.
The project, carried out with R & D support from CEA-Liten, will make it possible to advance Sylfen's technological maturity level by fully integrating a first unit, qualifying it, transporting it, And the setting up of insurance, the formalization of a user manual and the training of operators at the customer. Starting in 2017, Sylfen will benefit from feedback through fine-tuned system performance monitoring.
This feedback will be incorporated into the first series of Smart Energy Hubs scale 1, developed in 2017, and then manufactured and qualified under fully operational conditions by end-2018.
